The Process

1. Free Consultation Call

Discover if the power of RTT® is right for you. Together, we take the time to understand your unique story, challenges, and aspirations. This allows us to tailor your RTT® experience to your specific needs, ensuring optimal results from your session.

2. Hypnosis Sessions

Experience transformational healing through a personalized RTT® hypnosis session, where significant events that influenced beliefs and behaviors are reviewed to release unresolved emotions, limiting beliefs and rewire the subconscious mind. Sessions last 1.5-2 hours.

3. Custom Hypnosis Audio

As a session bonus, you will receive a personalized 15-20 minute hypnosis audio for each of your three sessions (3 audios total). Listen to your current audio everyday between each session to keep the positive momentum going and continue to rewire your brain.

4. 21 Day Integration

After your final session, it’s vitally important to listen for 21 days to your personalized hypnosis audios to lock in your results and integrate your new thoughts, beliefs and behaviors into your daily life. Listen to your latest audio on repeat or combine listening to all three.

5. Follow-Up Session

Once you've completed your RTT sessions, we'll schedule your complimentary 30-minute follow-up call post integration period where we'll discuss your progress, personal growth, and strategize for any additional support you may need.
